With more than 30 years of experience in customer service enquiries and sales, Karen brings a unique perspective to project and production management to DA Techs. She began her career managing the Production Planner for Wrigley’s and oversaw the printing aspect of their business. Since then she has developed a skill in helping businesses grow through problem solving and customer service ever since.

As Transport and Logistics Manager, Karen is the main conduit between customers and the technical team. She works very closely with both private and commercial customers to identify their needs, and develops bespoke solutions. The solutions that she develops are always created with the customer in mind, and are designed to fit into their budgetary needs and order requirements. Her experience working with numerous businesses throughout the years means she is passionate about delivering high quality products and service to DA Techs’ customers.

On the production side of DA Techs, she is also responsible for dealing with daily ad hoc customer enquiries and plans production orders for the technical team. This ensures that customer orders are followed from end-to-end and delivered back on time.

Karen is also integral to the growth and development of the business, ensuring that all new staff members are inducted into the business, have undertaken the correct health and safety measures and are able to use highly specialised equipment safely. In the future, she is keen to create more bespoke solutions for customers and is actively involved in helping the business expand into new markets.
