Alloy Repair FAQs

  • The lead times on alloy repair varies depending on the level of work required. They can range anywhere from less than 1 day for minor refurbishments to up to 3 days for a full remanufacture.

  • Our technicians aim to start repairs as soon as possible, usually within the same or following day. This may vary depending on the volume of alloy repairs your business is requesting and where your business is based.

  • Before we can give you a price breakdown, our team will need to determine the volume of alloys that need repairing and where your business is based. This will allow us to recommend the best service approach for the job and price accordingly.

    We endeavour to offer competitive pricing and rates for all of our customers, and our team is happy to work with your business to identify the best approach.

  • Yes! Our technicians only use manufacture grade materials, equipment and processes for alloy repairs. 

  • We are specialists in on-site and mobile alloy repairs and our repair capacity are as follows:

    Main Adlington workshop: 400+ per week
    Mobile alloy repair team: 70+ per week
    Wheel Pod team: 100+ per week

  • Yes! For trade customers, we offer a bulk collection and delivery service.

    We do not charge for this service, and our technicians can collect and deliver up to 50 wheels at once.

    How does it work?
    We can send out a team of technicians to remove your wheels directly on your premises and take them back to our Adlington workshop or a Wheel Pod location for repairs. Once the repairs have been completed, we can return them back to you and fit them back onto the vehicles.

  • No! We do not charge extra for colour changes during the remanufacturing process.

  • Our Adlington site is home to our main alloy repair workshop, and all major remanufacture repairs are conducted at this workshop.

    Trade customers can access same day alloy refurbishments through our Wheel Pods and diamond cutting vans. Anything that cannot be repaired remotely is taken back to our Adlington site.
