With over 6 years of experience in customer service and sales support, Olivia started her career in the hospitality industry before joining DA Techs in 2020. Working alongside Tony Hewitt (Workshop Manager and Tyre Director), she assists with workshop planning and daily customer enquiries.
As Customer Support Supervisor, Olivia is responsible for booking in, tracking and monitoring orders through the entire refurbishment process. In addition to workshop planning, she also performs routine inspections on equipment to ensure that they are running as efficiently as possible. As a result of her rigorous approach to planning, the technical team can keep a consistent turnaround of less than 3 days for alloy orders.
Olivia also plays an integral part in regional work for DA Techs too. Planning routes for DA Techs’ mobile repair units and arranging tyre collection and delivery services for commercial customers. This ensures that DA Techs’ high standards of quality and efficiency are maintained on a regional scale.
Since joining DA Techs, Olivia has quickly become a key member of the team. Her hard work and dedication combined with Tony’s expertise and leadership has meant that the technical team are able to refurbish in excess over 400 alloys per week, with a yearly total of more than 50,000.
Olivia is continuing this rapid growth and is helping DA Techs to expand its Wheel Pods into different regions of the UK.
